This past weekend kept the volunteers steady with calls and community events. It started on Friday Evening with the Tower at Pequea Valley High School for their Spring Fling event. While there the Tower gave bucket rides and assisted with a candy drop for the kids. On Saturday it started out with EMS crew providing a EMS standby at Pequea Valley High School for a fundraiser for the Cross Country team. The EMS division then handle 9 calls for service throughout the day while the Fire division handle 1 call for service which was an unattended trash fire that spread to a nearby shed, several pieces of farm machinery and brush. On Sunday the EMS division handled another 4 calls for service while the fire division handled 1 call for service for a residential lockout.
