For the month of March the EMS Division handled a total 120 calls. We had 99 calls for our 1st due unit, 22 calls for our second due unit, 6 calls for our third due unit, 1 call for our fourth due unit. The EMS Supervisor responded to 11 calls and the Duty Chief responded to 0. The EMS training for the month was on seizures.
For the month of March the Fire Division handled 20 calls for service. We had 10 calls for the Engine Company, 9 for the Truck Company, 3 for the Squad, and 2 for the Special Unit. The Duty Chief responded to 10 calls and the EMS Supervisor to 1. The first department wide training for the monthly was an acquired structure training with station 45. Crews ran drills focusing on ladders, searches, and handline deployment. The second company wide training for the month was our annual Haz Mat Ops refresher.
This month was also are largest fundraiser of the year, our annual Spring Mud Sale. This years event was a huge success and we would like to thank everyone who came out and supported the department!
